Practices like meditation or journaling can help you manage your emotional health while building strong relationships with supportive people can also make a big difference.
Spiritual wellness refers to your sense of connection to something larger than yourself. This may be a set of religious or spiritual beliefs, but it doesn’t have to be anything organized; you might find your sense of spirituality in nature and the outdoors.
No matter what it is, it’s important to have some sense of connection and meaning in your life. Participating in activities that support your spiritual beliefs can help you maintain this pillar of wellness.
All three of these pillars are interconnected and each one supports the others. Maintaining physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness is an ongoing process, but it’s worth the effort!
